BPMS Property

Boracay Property Management Services

Real Estate & Property Management

A custom property platform that put Boracay listings on the map.

BPMS Property

Key takeaways

  • BPMS came to us with an outdated WordPress site that looked like it was from 2010, attracted essentially no traffic, and was not working for the business.
  • We built a custom platform that combines two systems in one: property sales and a rental management system for daily and monthly rentals, with a booking system for the rentals.
  • The new site and dashboard are clean, intuitive, on brand, and SEO compliant, with everything the old site lacked added and made easy to manage.
  • BPMS is now seeing a steady increase in traffic and is starting to rank on Google, especially for branded terms and localized Boracay property keywords.

The client

Boracay Property Management Services, or BPMS, helps owners and buyers with property on Boracay, one of the most recognizable destinations in the Philippines. They do two distinct things, and they do them at the same time: they sell properties, and they manage rentals for both daily and monthly stays. That dual model is their real strength, but it is also a demand on any website that tries to represent them. A single, simple listings page was never going to be enough.

The challenge

BPMS came to us with an outdated website built on WordPress, and the age showed in every direction. The design felt like it belonged to 2010. It did not reflect the business, it did not build any confidence, and crucially it attracted essentially no traffic. For a company operating in a competitive, search-driven market like Boracay real estate and rentals, an invisible and dated site is not a neutral problem. It is a serious handicap that hands every interested searcher to a competitor.

There were really two challenges stacked on top of each other. The first was the obvious one: replace a tired, ignored website with something genuinely good. The second was structural and easy to underestimate. BPMS does not have one product to present, they have two, each with its own logic. Properties for sale behave differently from rentals, and rentals themselves split into daily and monthly stays with their own booking needs. The platform had to handle all of that cleanly without becoming a confusing mess for either the visitor or the team.

Our approach

We designed BPMS as a single platform that handles two businesses cleanly, rather than two disconnected systems stitched together or a sales site with a rental feature awkwardly bolted on. The goal was one intuitive product where sales listings and rental management live comfortably side by side, each given the space and the logic it needs, with a booking flow for the rental side.

Alongside that, we treated search as a first-class requirement from the very first day, not a finishing touch. The old site's invisibility was a core part of the brief, and it is one of the main reasons BPMS came to us. So the new build was made clean and SEO compliant from the structure up, with the local Boracay angle kept front of mind throughout, because in this market location is the search.

We also designed for the team, not just the visitor. A platform that runs two business models is only useful if the people behind it can manage it without friction, so the admin experience got as much attention as the public one.

What we built

A custom combined property platform

We built a custom property website that runs two systems at once. On the sales side, BPMS can present properties for sale with the detail and presentation that high-value listings deserve. On the rental side, there is a full rental management system covering both daily and monthly stays. It is genuinely two products in one platform, designed so that neither feels like an afterthought and neither gets in the other's way.

A rental booking system

For the rental properties, we built a booking system so that enquiries and reservations are handled properly through the site, rather than slipping into scattered off-platform conversations. It brings structure to the rental side of the business and keeps the booking activity where the team can see and manage it.

A clean site and an intuitive dashboard

The public site is well designed, on brand, and a world apart from the old WordPress build. Behind it sits an intuitive, easy-to-use admin dashboard, so the team can manage listings, rentals, and bookings without fighting the tools. A great deal of what the old site simply did not have, we added and made complete, so the platform reflects the full scope of what BPMS actually does.

A local SEO foundation

The whole build is clean and SEO compliant, with the technical structure search engines reward. Because BPMS competes on location above almost everything else, the foundation was built around branded terms and localized Boracay keywords, including searches like Boracay property management services, so the site is positioned to show up for the queries that actually bring in owners and buyers.

The results

The new platform is already moving the numbers in the right direction. BPMS is seeing a steady increase in traffic and is starting to rank on Google, particularly for branded keywords and for localized searches tied to Boracay and Boracay property management. For a business that previously had almost no organic visibility at all, beginning to appear for the searches that matter is precisely the result that counts, and it is the leading indicator that the rest will follow.

Just as important, and easy to overlook, BPMS now runs on a platform that actually fits how they work. Sales and rentals live together in one system, bookings are handled on-site, and the team manages all of it from one clean dashboard instead of wrestling with a tool that was never built for them.

Why it works

The rebuild works because it fixed both the surface and the structure at the same time. A clean, on-brand, SEO-compliant site replaced one that search engines and visitors had quietly been ignoring, and a custom two-in-one system finally matched the way BPMS actually does business. Visibility brings the right people in, and the right tooling lets BPMS serve them well once they arrive. That combination is what turns a dated, invisible site into a working part of the business.
